PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS: FROM DREAMS TO MASS PRODUCTION

There are many steps in bringing a hardware product to market. From schematics to breadboards, from MVP to mass production, the right product development process allows you to iterate quickly without blowing your entire budget in the early days. John Murkowski, Co-founder of Pensar, will discuss the product development process from galvanizing the idea into Product Requirements and Marketing Requirements Documents (PRD & MRD) through Discovery, Concept, Detailed Design, Pre-Production Manufacturing and Sustaining Engineering Phases of development. You are encouraged to ask questions in this interactive presentation.

Hardware is hard…so Comotion Labs gathered experts from the field to speak directly to hardware entrepreneurs about bringing a product to market, from breadboard to manufacturing. These seasoned guest speakers deliver valuable content designed to help startups and entrepreneurs thrive. Lectures are typically 30-40 mins, followed by open Q&A.

Each lecture is archived on CoMotion’s Startup Training Videos page.

These lectures are open to the public and you do not have to be currently affiliated with the UW or a startup to join. Please register at the link below for access information. We hope you can join us!
